Once the containers arrive at our recycling facilities and have passed a prior inspection of their condition, we will proceed to refund \u20ac0.50 per unit. The refund will be processed within 5 days following the receipt of the containers at our facilities.<br \/>\nClick <a href=\"https:\/\/rrr-biocosmetics.com\/en\/bring-it-back\/#form2\"><strong><u>here<\/u><\/strong><\/a> to see the payment method.<\/li>\n<li>You must notify us of the container collection once you have at least <strong>4 units<\/strong> using the attached questionnaire.<\/li>\n<li>The container must be returned in <strong>optimal condition<\/strong> (without dents or scratches) inside a closed box.<\/li>\n<li>Containers that arrive in poor condition will not be refunded. We advise that these containers be deposited in the yellow recycling bin in your street or neighborhood.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Under no circumstances should the customer return the merchandise to RRR\u2019Biocosmetics by their own means. <\/strong>RRR\u2019Biocosmetics will not refund any container if the customer returns it by their own means.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: left;\">CONDITIONS FOR REFUND OF rPET JUGS:<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>For every 2 jugs in good condition returned, a refund of <strong>\u20ac1<\/strong> will be issued.
