Once the product is received at our facilities, we will verify its conditions and according to the results, a new product will be sent to you, a coupon for a new purchase will be given to you, or the amount will be paid in any of the following cases:
Product damaged during shipping
When receiving the product you must check it well. If you find that it has been damaged during shipping, you should contact us immediately through the email firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case, RRR’Biocosmetics will travel to your location or will indicate the nearest return centre to carry out the replacement of the product.
In case we have made a mistake in shipping the product, you have seven (7) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order to return it. Please contact our customer service at this email address email@example.com.
For the return of a defective product, the defect of the part must first be verified by sending photos in which it is verified that the packaging / product is really damaged or deteriorated. From here everything is at our expense.
As these are biocosmetic products for personal use and due to health and hygiene regulations, products that have already been used cannot be returned, unless the product is defective or damaged, and has not been used.

What are the return costs?
If you return a product due to our mistake, that is, a damaged, deteriorated, defective product or a shipping error, we will bear the costs of the return.
Opened and used products without their original packaging will not be subject to return, since due to hygiene regulations, they cannot be reused or sold (except those that are defective or incorrectly supplied). In the event that the returned product does not meet these conditions, we will inform you in an email of the reason why the return does not proceed and the product will be returned to the initial shipping address.
When returning a product, regardless of the reason, you must do so in the same conditions in which you received it from RRR’Biocosmetics. In this sense, you must erase, delete and suppress all personal data about you and / or a third party that may be written in the said product.
How will the money be returned?
As soon as the return arrives at our facilities and has passed prior verification of its status, we will proceed to return the amount corresponding to the returned products, or if you wish, you can request it in the form of a COUPON to make a new purchase. This coupon is valid for six (6) months from the date of creation and will be sent approximately two (2) business days after receiving the product at our facilities.
The refund of the money will depend on the method of payment:
- For payments by bank transfer, this amount will be credited to your account. Provide us with your bank details so that we can send it to you.
- For Paypal payments, the money will be returned to your Paypal account.
- For payments by credit card, the amount will be returned to your card.
