  • Refund process: Once the jugs arrive at our recycling facilities and their condition is verified, it is important that the bottles are delivered with their corresponding cap, the refund will be processed within 5 business days.
  • Conditions: The collection must be scheduled when you have a minimum of 2 jugs.
